The Computer Information Systems (CIS) Minor is an excellent way for students to acquire knowledge and skills to meet workforce needs by preparing them for high-demand jobs in areas such as business analytics or cybersecurity. This minor offers three different tracks affording students the ability to customize the minor to best fit their career goals. The tracks are in the following areas: business analytics, cybersecurity, and a general area for an overview of the CIS field.
This minor is not available to students majoring in a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems.
Students who wish to minor in CIS must complete requirements in one of the following three tracks.
