A minimum of 13 credits is required for the degree.

Students graduating with an Occupational Endorsement Certificate in Marine Outboard Technician will be able to:

  • Perform manufacturers recommended maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of portable(9.9 hp) to V6(300 hp) motors used in marine environments
  • Perform fuel system servicing procedures on a variety of portable(9.9 hp) to V6(300 hp) outboard motors
  • Perform timing belt and valve adjustments on a variety of portable(9.9 hp) to V6(300 hp) outboard motors
