Minor in Human Services

Students majoring in another subject who wish to minor in human services must complete the following requirements. Consultation with an advisor in the Department of Human Services is highly recommended.

Diversity Issues in Human Services Practice
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Family Mediation
Selected Topics in Human Service Practice
Culturally Responsive Practice with Clients Experiencing Trauma
Selected Topics in Human Services Practice
HUMS elective with advisor approval

A minimum of 18 credits is required for the minor, of which 9 must be upper-division.
