Minor in Hospitality Administration

The Minor in Hospitality Administration prepares students for professional positions in restaurants, hotels, lodges and other food service operations. Students wishing to minor in hospitality administration must complete the following courses. All courses must be completed with a minimum grade of C.

A minimum of 18 credits is required for the minor.
